Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.
Due to the limited-edition nature of our drops, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives with a defect or printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at marketing@flavoradeextracts.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief description

We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit if eligible.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated (e.g., preorder drops).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Flavorade Merch is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers once your package leaves our warehouse.

Order Cancellations

All orders are final once placed.
We do not accept cancellations or modifications once an order is submitted, so please double-check your cart before checking out.
